A queue of people in front of a crowded bar at an outdoor event

The problem

Twenty bars.
Twenty tills. No control.

  • Cash is everywhere. Every bar takes its own money. The gap between what is sold and what is banked is a cost you never see, but always pay.
  • Queues cost sales. The bartender pours, takes payment, gives change. At peak time, people who see the queue simply give up.
  • Splitting revenue is a fight. Different operators, a share for the venue owner: the split is manual, slow and open to dispute.
  • The data isn't there. What sells, where, at what time. Without numbers, the next event is planned from memory.

The solution, in one sentence

Guests pay once.
And spend everywhere.

Money comes in only at the top-up desks, where you can count and control it. Bars no longer handle cash: they scan a QR, deduct the credit and serve. Management sees everything from a single dashboard, as it happens.

Outdoor concert at sunset with a bar where a guest pays by showing her phone
Typical scenario15,000 guests · 6 hours · 12 bars and food stands run by 4 operators

Concerts and festivals

Thousands of people who all want a drink and a bite in the same twenty minutes. This is where every second at the bar is money.

  • Bars stop handling payments: they scan the QR and serve. Service gets faster and the queue keeps moving.
  • Skip the queue in the app: guests who order on their phone collect when it's ready, with no queuing.
  • Four operators, zero arguments: at the end of the night everyone has their share, by percentage or guaranteed minimum.
  • Peaks won't stop you: with over €60,000 topped up in half an hour, the system answered in a few hundredths of a second.

Holiday resort at sunset with a pool and poolside bar
Typical scenario1,200 guests · one week · bars, restaurant, beach, rentals, shop

Holiday resorts and campsites

Guests top up on arrival and never reach for their wallet again all holiday: pool bar, beach, rentals, shop.

  • Reception becomes the till: money comes in at one point only, counted and closed at the end of each shift.
  • Pay by phone or card: the same credit works everywhere on site, even in swimwear.
  • Your guests' languages: the app speaks Italian, English, French, Spanish and German, catalogue included.
  • Leftover credit under control: unspent credit is refunded at the end of the stay, by the rules you set.

Typical scenario6,000 visitors · paid attractions, food, shops, souvenir photos

Amusement parks and play areas

One credit for the whole family, for the ice cream, the paid ride and the soft toy on the way out.

  • One payment network: rides, food and shops all accept the same credit, with no tills on every corner.
  • Bundles at the gate: sell fixed amounts with an automatic discount on larger top-ups to raise average spend.
  • Stock updates itself: every sale deducts the ingredients and warns you before anything runs out.
  • Know what earns: sales by outlet, by product, by half hour. Decide where to put staff and what to drop.

Typical scenario40 stands from 25 exhibitors · desks at the gates · three days

Fairs, food festivals and markets

Many exhibitors, one payment network. The organiser collects, every stand sells, and the accounts settle themselves.

  • Each exhibitor gets their share: based on real sales, by percentage or guaranteed minimum for each one.
  • A view for everyone: each stand sees its own numbers, never anyone else's. The owner sees their share.
  • Cash-free stands: no floats to hand out, no change, no shortfalls.
  • No signal in the square? Desks switch to emergency mode and keep selling. The accounts sync afterwards.

Typical scenarioDozens of food outlets · several companies · a 15-minute half-time

Stadiums, arenas and sports venues

It all happens at half-time. The system handles the peak, and after the match you know what every kiosk took.

  • Pre-order for half-time: fans order in the app and collect in a 15-minute slot.
  • Several companies, one statement: net due, fees and the venue's share calculated for every concession.
  • The owner checks for themselves: a dedicated view of their share, published when you decide.
  • Network under strain: every station logs drop-outs and slowdowns minute by minute, with the figures to show your provider.

  • Vouchers and complimentary credit: welcome credit valid only at certain outlets or for certain products, kept out of revenue.

Nightclubs and multi-bar venues

At the bar you pour, not count. Money comes in at the desks, where you control it.

  • Top-ups with drinks included: the desk prints a voucher for each drink, the bar scans it and serves.
  • No free-typed amounts at the bar: prices are set by the system, which closes the door on off-the-books sales.
  • Staff passes and comps: kept apart from real sales, so they don't distort the numbers.
  • Automatic alerts: frequent refunds, zero-cash closings, shortfalls. You see them before they become habits.

Let's talk about your venue

The system, tool by tool

Five tools that work together.
Use them all, or only the ones you need.

01 · The top-up desk

Money comes in where you control it.

A tablet and a thermal printer. The cashier loads credit in seconds; at the end of the shift the till is closed with a count, not with hope.

Fast top-ups
Quick keys or fixed amounts of €10, €20, €50. Cash or card on the terminal you already have.
A discount that raises spend
“Top up €100, get 10% off”: the guest pays 90 and gets 100, automatically.
The code wherever you want
Printed, on WhatsApp, by email or credited to the guest's app. Even if the printer is down.
Closings that add up
Float, takings, signed cash drops, count. Discrepancies show up on their own and a second person signs off.

02 · The guest app

Order ahead. Skip the queue.

Beer from the bar, a sandwich from street food: one order, collected as soon as it's ready or in a 15-minute slot.
Secure payment at the bar
A QR valid for a few seconds, with a 6-digit code to read out. A photo of the code isn't enough to spend.
Top up by card
On the payment provider's secure page: card details never pass through the system.

03 · The point of sale

Scan the code. Deduct the credit. Two taps.

Bar staff just serve: no cash, no change, no maths. And no shortcuts, because prices are set by the system.

04 · Stock

Know what's running out. Before it does.

Every sale deducts ingredients according to the recipe. When something runs out, the products that use it disappear from the menu on their own: nobody sells what isn't there.

Recipe-based deduction
A pint takes 0.4 L from the keg, a sandwich takes bread and sausage.
Suggested restock
The system tells you what to bring to each bar to get back to the right level.
Warehouse and bars
Stock for every outlet, transfers “in transit”, stocktakes with a mandatory reason.
From Excel in a minute
Items, stock and price lists load from a spreadsheet, pre-filled with the day's data.

It works even when the network doesn't

Ten thousand phones switched on.
The network drops. You keep selling.

In crowded areas the connection is the weakest link. That's why emergency mode isn't an idea: it's already in use, in the field.

  1. 1

    The network drops

After two failed checks the desk offers emergency mode. Password required to enter.

  2. 2

    Sales carry on

The desk uses the saved price list and prints a signed voucher for every item.

  3. 3

    The bar verifies offline

It checks the voucher's signature with no network and collects it: no fakes, no duplicates.

  4. 4

    Everything is reconciled

When the connection returns, sales upload on their own, to the right night, with no duplicates.

Security and control

Every euro has a name,
a time and a place.

A ledger that can't be erased

Double-entry bookkeeping. Every mistake is fixed with a recorded reversal: you always know who did what.

Credit never below zero

Not even with two sales at the same instant. And a request repeated by the network is never counted twice.

The value stays on the server

The code holds only a signed identifier. Copying or altering it gives nobody any credit.

Anti-fraud alerts

Shortfalls, frequent refunds, closings always at zero, card payments with no POS reference: the dashboard flags them automatically.

Per-person permissions

Cashier, bartender, operator, venue owner: each sees and does only what concerns them.

Controls you switch on

Mandatory counts, operators tied to their station, two-factor codes for management, closed periods locked.

Not a prototype

Already in operation,
with tens of thousands of people.

Real figures from a live installation, anonymised.

Frequently asked questions

The answers,
in short.

Do guests have to download an app?

No. They can top up at the desk and get a code printed, on WhatsApp or by email. The app, in the browser or on Android, is an extra for ordering ahead and skipping the queue.

What if the connection drops?

Desks switch to emergency mode and keep selling with signed vouchers, which bars verify even offline. When the connection returns, everything is reconciled with no duplicates.

Can I manage outlets run by different operators?

Yes, it's one of the reasons the system was built. Each operator has their own view and revenue split, by percentage or guaranteed minimum, without seeing anyone else's numbers. The venue owner can have their own view too.

What happens to unspent credit?

You decide: expiry, refund on request with a form and ID, or validity for future events. The system tracks every request and its outcome.

How safe is it against theft and tricks?

The value stays on the server, the ledger can't be erased, prices can't be typed in at the bar, and a dashboard flags shortfalls and unusual behaviour. Every transaction carries the name of whoever made it.

Do I need special hardware?

No. Mid-range Android tablets, thermal printers and the card terminal you already use are enough. The management dashboard opens on any computer.

Who owns the data?

You do. It's processed under European data-protection rules and can be exported at any time.
